Team Navy's vision is to align the Navy’s family of thousands of brave, proud and dedicated professionals with elite champions of Australian sport, enhancing community spirit through the promotion of teamwork and true, sportsmanship. The pinnacle of this is Team Navy’s strategic alignment with Tickford Racing (formerly Prodrive Racing Australia).

Navy embeds Marine Technical, Electrical Technical and Aviation Technical sailors with the Tickford Racing team under an Industry Outplacement Program.
