Open Arms - Safe Zone Support
Anonymous Counselling Line. Specialised counsellors (trained mental health professionals) with an understanding of the military culture and experience. The service offers support without the need for individuals to identify themselves or have their calls recorded.

ADF Arts for Recovery, Resilience, Training & Skills (ARRTS)
An arts-based program to assist permanent ADF and Reservist personnel facing health and well-being challenges, or seeking to 're-set' themselves by rebuilding their confidence and resilience. The three streams are Music and Rhythm, Creative Writing, and Visual Arts.
